Beinn Alligin traverse… what next?

After visiting Maol Chean Dearg with Murdo on Wednesday and a sort of ‘rest day’ for some on Thursday I was keen to guide the team on the Beinn Alligin traverse to finish the SYHA Torridon Munros course. Having looked at the forecast earlier in the week there appeared to be a change in the weather for Friday so I kept that day for this classic hill day.
Pace, views, technicality and confidence all came together on Beinn Alligin. As a Mountaineering Instructor it is important to me that my clients finish a day, course or week more confident and skilled than when they started. I believe that the photo above shows this as Neil chose this particular route of descent, whilst Pete & Fiona were ready to support Chris as he scrambles down this tricky step.
Torridon Munros are our core business. We know them well and can be flexible to suit your level of experience and/or desire for challenge. Get in touch to book your adventure!
