Today I was working for Torridon Activities on their annual Walking Festival. I led one of three parties on Liathach making a west to east traverse due to strong winds and showers. Phil, Stephen, Lynsey, Joe and Nicola found the ridge straightforward with all of them taking the lead at some point. The scrambling that we did do on the crest of the ridge was good fun and an excellent introduction, or reminder of what one of the classic mainland ridges like Liathach can offer.
Many thanks to Nicola and Joe for their generous donation to Torridon MRT.
Ryan and Lorraine also made successful traverses, whilst Rich and Chris were on Slioch.
Tomorrow I am doing a rock climbing day with Malcolm and Tara.
