A change from Greenland…

My friend Steven was home from Greenland so we took advantage of the dry weather to visit Raven’s Crag, near Gairloch.  We had a nice relaxed time on two routes : ‘Rainbow Pink’ & ‘Shield Direct’.  Raven’s Crag looks out across the lochs and moor to the Torridon peaks, so the view from the commodious ledges is quite impressive.  The climbing is on lovely rough Lewisian Gneiss with gear and holds just when you want it.

Contact us at nineonesix if you fancy some rock climbing in Wester Ross, or a trip to Skye.
