SYHA Torridon Munros Day One

A fantastic first day of our five day course covering the Torridon hills.  Light winds, sunshine and no midgies made for a perfect combination.  We experienced dry, grippy rock and some lovely scrambling en route to the summit of Spidean Coire nan Clach.  And with such amazing visability and conditions, we added in Sgurr Ban to take in the spectacular views over the Black Carls (Bodaich Dubh).  Looking forward to tomorrow, another great forcast predicted.
